Obituary of Gloria Madge

Gloria V. Madge, 89, of Howell passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016. A life-long resident of Howell, she worked as the bookkeeper for Nappi Smith & Welsh Farms, Farmingdale until her retirement in the 1970's. She was a former member of the Molly Pitcher Order of Eastern Star, Freehold. Gloria will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was predeceased by her ex-husband, Arthur S. Madge in 2010; and her daughter, Ginger Lynn Madge in 1977. Gloria is survived by her daughter, Pamela Spadola of Howell; grandchildren, Ryan Spadola of Howell, Randy Spadola of Jersey City, and Heather Spadola of Howell; and her sister, Violet Theibault of Lakewood. A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 12 Noon funeral service on Monday, December 12, 2016 at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
