Obituary of William Wolff

William C. Wolff, 83, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2009, at Meridian Subacute Rehabilitation in Wall. Mr. Wolff was born in Newark and had lived in Newark, Livingston, and Nutley, before moving to N. Falmouth, Mass., in 1989. He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving during World War II. Mr. Wolff graduated from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He also received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wolff then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall College as well as his Masters in International Law from George Washington University. He was a Vice President and General Councel for I.T.T. Avionics Division in Nutley for 22 years before retiring in 1989. He is survived by his wife, Grace Wolff of N. Falmouth, Mass.; one son, William Wolff of Howell; Three daughters, Nancy E. Wolff of Bernville, Pa., Carol Wolff Fallon of East Greenwich, R.I.; Suzanne Wolff of Howell; and six grandchildren. There will be a receiving of friends and family at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Rd. (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, March 18, 2009, from 2-4 p.m. His memorial service will follow at 4 p.m.. Interment is private.
