Obituary of Patricia Binetti
Patricia A. Binetti, 58, of Freehold Twp., NJ died on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, ending her brave three year battle with ovarian cancer at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York, NY. Pat was born in Clark, NJ and had lived in Elizabeth, NJ before moving to Freehold Twp. 35 years ago. She was a graduate of Arthur L. Johnson Regional High School. Pat, who old Telco friends referred to as "Rocky" was an avid Miami Dolphins fan. She loved the Ocean, deep sea and surf fishing and so enjoyed the seafood it produced. She had a passion for her vegetable garden and for cooking up it's results for her friends and neighbors. Pat was a very social person who enjoyed gathering with friends at local spots. She was adept in many areas, particularly entertaining, Italian cooking, gardening, knitting and creating her extensive needlepoint collection. An animal lover, she had feral cats neutered to prevent overpopulation. She lived a rich and full life. Ms. Binetti was a Manager for Verizon at various places throughout NJ.
She was predeceased by her parents, Norma (Neden) and James Binetti. She is survived by many cousins, friends, neighbors, and co-workers who will miss her dearly. Her faithful feline companions, Bradley, Oreo, Sydney, Munchie, Shadow, and Angel.
Receiving of friends will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2009, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Twp., NJ, with her Memorial Service starting at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
