Condolences
We recently celebrated our Cliffside Park High School 40 year high school reunion where I learned of Bruce's passing. I was so sorry to hear, we all were. He was always so happy, sweet, kind and loved by all. I will remember him fondly and keep him in my prayers. My sympathies to his family.
Bruce was a classmate of mine in the Syracuse University Advertising Design, Masters degree program. An incredibly talented designer, wonderfully handsome and funny, a great traveling companion Chicago, Toronto, London and N.Y. for our agency visits. He was a very special person who I will always remember and cherish our friendship! Love & hugs Holly
So sorry for your loss. Just found out about Bruce’s passing through a mutual friend. Bruce was like a rock for me when we where working on our Masters Degrees. We had a great time rooming together and I will cherish the friendship and memories we made. He was so talented and made me laugh all the time. RIP my friend. I will never forget you.
RIP Bruce.
I hired Bruce to teach as an adjunct instructor for the Senior Portfolio class at Centenary University. I kept in touch with Bruce until the last few years. After over a decade, the course now needs an instructor and I immediately reached out to Bruce. I was absolutely saddened to read that Bruce had passed away. My sincere condolences to his family. Bruce was a remarkable designer and educator. Moreover, he was simply a really good guy. He will be missed.
I just learned of your passing in December 2018. It has saddened me to the core. I can’t believe it. My condolence to you Lisa, Dylan and Casey.
I willl always remember the good times we had at Prentice Hall, and boy did we have a lot of laughs. It was so long ago. The softball games, the catalogs, the convention posters, the sales and marketing staff, we had it all under control.
The time we saved PH in our midnight raid ...wow.
May you be resting in pease, listening to some good music.
Bruce, I will always smile when I think of you, be thankful for our friendship, and pray that it picks up again when we meet in heaven. Ken
I am so sorry to hear about Bruce's passing . I looked him up today online after my son asked me about If I ever had a crush on anyone in high school who didnt know it. I had a big crush on Bruce, handsome and sweet as he was. I knew him from the Cliffside Park H.S. football team, as I was a cheerleader. I always remembered him for his smile and his beautiful curly hair. I had visited with him at one of the CPHS reunions many years later and we had a nice conversation. ..It saddens me that he passed at such a young age... May you rest in peace in Heaven, Bruce...
So saddened to hear about the passing of Bruce. He was a childhood friend of which I have some nice memories with. Such a gentle sweet soul. May you rest and be protected in God's hands...
I can't believe you are gone. When I heard about it this morning, I went into shock . I say back and memories just flooded my mind.. I remember us hanging around in your apartment building in Brighten Beach and playing handball with Scotty and Steven..I remember going to grandma and grandpas house and grandpa making us wash our hands, as he sat in his recliner in his pajamas.. I remember when you got Mr. Tibbs and how your mother would feed him and called us selfish because we wanted more..lol..I remember how you would use carbon paper and trace Mad magazines, characters as you wanted to be a graphic artist... As we grew older you moved and we moved , and we hardly got to see each other. But the times that we did, it was like time had not passed. You grew up to be a decent man, who cared for his family..you will be missed and the memories that I have for you is a gift.
Tell my brother, Scotty, Lora I said hi and miss them and love them...if u see grandpa, make sure your hands are clean.... Until we meet again..
