Obituary of Mary Jane Gordon

Mary Jane Gordon, 85, of Jackson passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017 at Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Brick. She was born and raised in Neptune and settled in Jackson in 1953. Mary Jane was a machine operator and foreman for Ted Ruth Plastics, Farmingdale for over 20 years. She was predeceased by her husband, George Gordon, Jr. in 2007; her son, Frank in 2002; and her son, Carl in 2015. Mary Jane is survived by her son, George Gordon, III and his wife, Linda from Jackson; three grandchildren, Cindy, Clinton and Christopher; great granddaughter, Ellis; and two brothers, John Lane of Howell and Latius Lane of Toms River. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, June 9, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM burial of ashes on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Adelphia Cemetery, Howell.
