Obituary of Ana Sigalas
Ana Sigalas, 65, of Franklin Park, passed away, surrounded by her family, on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Ana was born in Villach, Austria and had lived in Argentina before coming to the United States in 1960 settling in South River. She had lived in Astoria, Queens, and then moved back to South River and then back to Astoria before living in Daytona Beach, Florida, Spotswood, again in South River, and Edison before settling in Franklin Park. Ana had worked for the New Jersey Superior Court for the past eighteen years.
She was predeceased by her parents, Eoachim and Maria Tirenin; two brothers, Andre Tirenin and Ivan Tirenin; and a sister, Tatiana Tirenin. Ana is survived by her son, Chris and Tania Sigalas of Las Vegas, Nevada; a grandson, Adrian Sigalas; two sisters, Maria Roschko of Spotswood and Olga Tirenin of Seattle, Washington; and many nieces and nephews.
Pannyhida will be held at St. George's Russian Orthodox Church, 57 East Third Street, Howell Township, New Jersey on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 11:30 AM and Monday, June 25, 2012 at 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 10:00 AM Funeral Service on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at the church. Interment will be in St. Vladimir Russian Orthodox Cemetery, 316 Cassville Road, Jackson, New Jersey.
