Obituary of Heidi DeAndrea
Heidi Caroline DeAndrea, 50, of Freehold Township passed away on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Ephrata Community Hospital, PA. She was born in The Bronx, New York. Heidi was raised and had lived in West Long Branch before moving to Freehold Township in 1995. She was a graduate of Shore Regional High School and attended Simmons College, Boston, MA. Heidi graduated from Monmouth College with a Bachelor of Science In Nursing degree and received a School Nursing certificate from Seton Hall University. She worked as registered nurse at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, then taught at the Liberty Christian School at the Open Door Bible Baptist Church, Howell. She was an active member of the Open Door Bible Baptist Church, where she also offered her time to care for the children in the nursery. Heidi had a great love for reading and a passion for her doll collection, which she gathered from around the world, traveling with her husband. Heidi was a devoted wife, loving mother, faithful sister, and doting daughter.
She was predeceased by her mother, Silvia Tepper. Heidi is survived by her husband, William DeAndrea of Freehold Township; children, Stephanie and Bryan DeAndrea of Freehold Township; father, Dr. Erwin Tepper of Wall; and brothers, Daniel Tepper of Wall, and Fredric Tepper of Rio Rancho, NM.
A visitation will be at the Open Door Bible Baptist Church, 521 Lakewood-Farmingdale Road, Howell, NJ 07731 on Thursday, July 13, 2017 from 12:00 Noon to 1:30 PM with her funeral service to follow at 1:30 PM. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Howell. For those who desire, donations in memory of Heidi may be made to the church.
