Obituary of Bruce Sanchez
Bruce Sanchez, 60, of Howell Township passed away at home on Monday, June 25, 2012. Bruce was born in Jersey City, NJ. He was the director and chief animal control officer for Associated Humane Societies of Monmouth County retiring in July. Bruce loved music, he was a talented musician who played with John Lennon. His biggest achievement and satisfaction in life was the lives he saved in the animal world.
Bruce is predeceased by his parents, Thomas Urbano Sanchez and Roslyn Contey; beloved grandparents, Frederick Michael Contey and Marie Claudia Contey; loving aunt, Marie Joyee Contey Hall; and his father-in-law, Eduardo Hernandez. He is survived by his wife, Grace Hernandez Sanchez; three daughters, Erica Grace Saldarini and her husband, Glenn William; Jesica Lee Mayo and Victoria Roslyn Sanchez; a son, Jacob Frederick Edward Sanchez all of Howell Township; a grandson, Glenn Edward Saldarini; his mother-in-law, Ester Hernandez of Howell; two cousins, Dr. Gail Pestana and her husband, Joseph of Manalapan and Mary Louise Contey Miller of Brick.
Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, June 28, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 8:30 PM with his funeral service commencing at 8:30 PM.
