Condolences
Dear Bottega family, My sincere condolences for the loss of a wonderful woman. Marge was my sister Debbie's mother-in-law. Growing up on the same block then with my sister marring Philip made our families like one. I know the difficult times you all are going through. I also know that Debbie and Marge are in heaven with others that are loved by all. Love never dies love never fails for this loving Lady Marge Bottegas love will live in our hearts for ever and ever. My heart hurts for you all as I know the love you have for Marge is a blessing to her family and always will live on in each and every one of you. With all my love Diane

Albany Avenue brought us together as neighbors and friends but the real bond was for the love of the NY Mets! My mom, Ellen, and "Mrs B" were true blue fans. Hours talking during and after games. Oh, if you two have any pull up there, let's bring the Miracle back!
I have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Marge, but one of the best things I will remember about her are all the phones calls she shared with my mom. They would talk every day, and laugh and cry about everything. They were there for each other through good times and bad and they never had a bad word between them, not ever. Often times, Dad and Uncle John would also get on and the 4 would talk and tell jokes and laugh for an hour. It was truly special. I was thinking that the group texts I share with my cousins are the modern version of these calls. I know we will keep those up and support and love each other throughout our lives just like our parents did. I love you Aunt Marge and I will always remember our gossip sessions and laughs. And I never go out without my lipstick just like you :) Until we meet again XOX Love always, Dana
I never met Margaret, but feel like I've known her amazing kindness and generosity through her son, John. The wonderful family photographs are a testament to Margaret's vitality and the enduring love she inspired in those fortunate enough to share her long life. I am sure she will be sorely missed, and always treasured.
My deepest sympathies go out to you John and your family.May God give you the peace and may my prayers ease the pain of this loss. I knew Margaret as a beautiful lady and wonderful women .She was a sweetest person that I met her 23 years ago and took care of her as a patient.I am honored and blessed to have known you Margaret RIP Sincerely
