Obituary of Michael Santacroce

Michael A. Santacroce, Jr., 77, of Farmingdale, NJ passed away on July 1, 2012 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Michael was born in Staten Island, NY and moved to Farmingdale, NJ 41 years ago. He was a plumber for the Freehold Regional School District for 18 years before retiring. Michael was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Lebanon Crisis. Surviving is his wife, Grace Santacroce of Farmingdale, NJ; a son, Michael J. Santacroce of Farmingdale, NJ; a daughter, Phyllis Kiernan of Columbus, NJ; five grandchildren, Pierce, Victoria, Andrew, Nicholas and Patricia; two sisters, Angela Cialino and Grace Colonello; and a brother, Rocco Santacroce all of Staten Island, NY. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 8:45 AM for the procession to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 31 Asbury Avenue, Farmingdale, NJ for his 10:00 AM Funeral Mass. Interment will follow in Brigadier General Wm. C. Doyle NJ Veteran Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road, Arneytown, NJ.
