Obituary of Frederick Eisenmann

Frederick "Fred" A. Eisenmann, 85, of Whiting passed away on Friday, June 26, 2009 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Mr. Eisenmann was born in the Olney section of Philadelphia, PA and had lived in Portsmouth, NH, Bloomington, IL and Freehold Township before moving to Whiting in 2006. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania Military College, and also attended Temple University. Mr. Eisenmann retired as a manufacturing representative and salesmen for Bill Ballou Inc.,Ridgewood, NJ, prior to that he worked for General Electric as a sales engineer. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the European and African Theaters during World War II from 1943 to 1946. Mr. Eisenmann was a former Ardena Baptist Church member, a former member of the F. & A. M., E. Cooper Mitchell Lodge, Philadelphia and the former Camp Master of Troop 155 in Freehold. Mr. Eisenmann was predeceased by a son, Dr. Richard Eisenmann in 2001 and a sister, Elizabeth Koerper. He is survived by his wife, Doris M. Eisenmann of Whiting; Two Sons; Fred Eisenmann of South Amboy and Jeffrey Eisenmann and his wife Elaine of Howell; Five Grandchildren: Richard, Candice, Daniel, Kayla, and Erick; and one sister and brother-in-law: Helen and Almont Bechtel of Vero Beach, FL. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township, on Monday, June 29, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery, Philadelphia.
