Obituary of Robert Lane

Robert Lane, 80, of Howell passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. Mr. Lane was born in Adelphia and was a life long resident of Howell. He retired as a parts deliverer for NAPA Auto Parts, Lakewood, prior to that he was a driver for Tilton Body Works. Mr. Lane was a life member of the Squankum Fire Department. He was predeceased by his wife, Marian and a son, John W. Lane. Mr. Lane is survived by two Sons and a Daughter-in-Law, Robert and Judy Lane of Howell and Jeffrey Lane of Howell; three Daughters and two Sons-in-Law, Elizabeth Briggs of Freehold, Karen and Keith Alexander of New York and Susan and Alan Lauer of Howell; Grandchildren, Clifford Briggs, Anneliese and Roberto Perez, Michael and Theresa Lauer, Matthew Lauer, Heather Lane, Christopher Lane, Stephen and Christina Lane, Lance Cpl. Kevin Lane, Ben and Shelly Alexander, Kelly and Jay LaDue, Kimberly Alexander, Meloney Lane and Eric Lane; Great-Grandchildren, Samantha and Kylee Lane, Tiffany Alexander, Jarrett Alexander, Cassidy LaDue, Alexis LaDue, Ayden LaDue, Madilen Cary and Emily Grace Lauer; Dear Friend Judith Andersen, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Friends and relatives are invited to gather at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, (Route 524), Freehold Township, on Tuesday, July 28 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 8:30 PM.
