Obituary of Kathleen Sajor

Kathleen E. Sajor, 69, of Freehold Township, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009, at home. Mrs. Sajor was born in Staten Island, N.Y. and had lived in Union Beach before moving to Freehold Township in 1961. Mrs. Sajor worked in the Human Resources Dept. at CECOM, Fort Monmouth for 15 years, retiring in 2005. She was a parishioner of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, Freehold Township. She was a graduate of Red Bank Catholic High School. Mrs. Sajor was a member of the Sweet Adelines and a strutter for the Happy Days String Band, Philadelphia, Pa. Mrs. Sajor is survived by her husband of 27 years, Michael; three daughters, Toni Angus of Waretown, Frankie Flora of Forked River, and Kelly Flora Connelly of Wall; a son, Christopher Flora of Jackson; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Robert Votapek of Hammersville, Ohio, and Allen Votapek of Amelia, Ohio. Visiting will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27 at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. Relatives and friends may gather at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 28 at the funeral home for the Rite of Committal followed by her Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township.
