Obituary of Luz Marin

Luz M. Marin, 85, of Freehold passed away on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009 at her home. Mrs. Marin was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico and had lived in Queens before moving to Freehold nine years ago. She is survived by three daughters, Carmen D. Reyes of Freehold, Trinidad and her husband Miguel Gallegos of Farmingdale, and Gloria Reyes of Freehold; three grandchildren, Lisette and her husband Michael, Maritza and Michael; and three great grandchildren. Mrs. Marin was a great mother, a greater grandmother and the greatest great grandmother. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Sunday, October 11, 2009 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass at St. Rose of Lima Chapel, 16 Mclean Street, Freehold on Monday, October 12, 2009 at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow in St. Gabriel's Cemetery, Marlboro.
