Obituary of Elmer Bellach

Elmer "Elly" Bellach, 79, of Freehold Township passed away on Sunday, November 29th, 2009 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mr. Bellach was born in Midland Beach and had lived in New Dorp, and Tottenville, before settling to Freehold Township, NJ in 2006. He retired from Local #20 Cement and Conrete Workers, NY. Elly was an avid outdoorsmen, loving to fish and hunt. He was also a sports enthusiast and a natural auto mechanic. Elly very much enjoyed spending time at "The Office". Elly is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marie (nee Spensieri) Bellach; three sons: Michael Bellach of Freehold Township, William Bellach and his wife Lisa of Freehold Township, and Kevin Bellach and his wife Elizabeth Slizewski of Freehold Township; one daughter: Maria and her husband Anthony Dimesa of Woodridge, NY; twelve grandchildren: Nicole, Michael Jr., Bianca, Rose, Carolyn, Marie, Anthony Jr., Cynthia, Joseph, William Jr., Kevin Jr., and Ella; one great granddaughter Isabella; and two sisters Margaret Mooney and Dorothy Pentangelo both of Staten Island. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township, NJ on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 and on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service, at the funeral home on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Moravian Cemetery.
