Obituary of Kenneth Booth

Kenneth "Kenny" John Booth, 61, of Freehold Township, passed away on Friday, Dec. 4, 2009 at the John L. Montgomery Care Center, Freehold where he received loving care for the past 3 years. Kenny was born in El Paso, Texas and was a lifelong Long Branch resident spending time in Germany throughout his life which he greatly enjoyed. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. Kenny was a sales associate for Kmart, Long Branch and East Brunswick retiring in 2003 after over 30 years of service. He was known for his baby blue eyes and always being there for others. Kenny always had a positive outlook and never complained. Kenny was predeceased by his parents, Donald and Helen Booth. He is survived by his brother, Donald Booth and his wife Sandy of England; a niece, Katie of England; his dear friends, Kathy and Frank, Steve and Janet and Jeff and Melanie and neighbors Tommy and Doria. Kenny had a lifelong love for all of his faithful canine companions. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Sunday, December 6, 2009 from 1:00 to 4:30 PM with his funeral service to follow at 4:30 PM. Inurnment will be at Brig. Gen Wm C Doyle NJ Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 2:30 PM.
