Obituary of Jennie Ammiano
Jennie Ammiano, 90, Holiday City, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2009 at home. Mrs. Ammiano was born in Newark and had lived in the Forest Hill section of Newark until moving to Holiday City in 2003. She was a member of the Belleville Senior Thursday Club, the Clairol Club, and the Lacey Senior Club.
Jennie was predeceased by her husband Frank "Letto", a Son-in-law Charles and four brothers Vito, Patsy, Joseph and Sammy. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Anthony and Maria Ammiano of Freehold Township and Patrick and Debby Ammiano of Jackson; one daughter: Rosemary Valente of Toms River; and five grandchildren: Kristen, Michael, A.J., Joseph, and Alexandra.
Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Sunday, January 3, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home at 9:00 AM for the Rite of Committal on Monday, January 4, 2010 followed by her 10:00 AM funeral mass at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Chapel, 16 McLean Street, Freehold. Interment will follow in Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
