Obituary of Michael Kauger

Michael Kauger, 79, of Howell passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2010. Mr. Kauger was born in and had lived in Harrison, Newark, Clark and Freehold Township before moving to Howell thirteen years ago. Michael was a sales manager for Balentine Beer, and also for the Mennen Company. For the past twenty years, he worked at Due Process Farms (golf course), Colt Neck. He was predeceased by his wife, Iris in June of 2009, three brothers: Walter, John and Serge, four sisters: Vera, Mary, Helen and Katherine. Michael is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM with his funeral service to follow at 8:30 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Michael may be made to the American Heart Association, NJ Affiliate Memorial Program, 2550 Route 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902-4301and would be appreciated.
