Obituary of Dorothy Brady

Dorothy Brady,89, of Albany passed away at The Teresian House on Friday, April 9, 2010. Mrs. Brady was born and raised in Englewood and had lived in Old Bridge, Surrey Downs in Howell, before moving to Albany in 2005. She was a secretary for the Old Bridge Township Board of Education for over sixteen years. Prior to that, she worked for Prentice Hall, Englewood Cliffs. Mrs. Brady was predeceased by her Husband, Vincent in 1997, her son, Vincent Brady, Jr, and two sisters, Katherine and Margaret. She is survived by her son, Thomas Brady and his wife, Carmela of Farmingdale; her daughter, Louise and her husband, Timothy Rossner of Middleburgh, NY; six grandchildren, David, Sean, Traci, Matthew, Kurt, and Jessica; eleven great grandchildren; and one brother, Frank Ward of Neptune. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at a time to be announced for her rite of committal, followed funeral mass at a location and time to be announced. Interment will in Holy Cross Cemetery, East Brunswick.
