Obituary of Alexandria Vitomski
Alexandria "Tessie" L. Vitomski, 94, former 30 year resident of The Villages, Howell Twp., passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2010. She was born in 1916 in New York City and lived in Elizabeth, Englishtown and Howell Twp. before moving to Delaware in 2006.
Tessie collected beautiful antique buttons for more than 40 years and was a member of the Jersey Shore and New Jersey State Button Clubs. She was an avid quilter and a member of the Molly Pitcher Quilting Club, Freehold.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frank and a sister, Helen Beksi. Tessie is survived by three daughters, Alexandria Vitomski of San Anselmo, CA, Patricia Vistein of Belmar, NJ and Virginia Sachs of Wilmington, DE; six grandchildren, Jon Ennik, Anton Ennik, Paula Reese, Nancy Martter, Brian Sachs, and Gregory Sachs; six great grandchildren; and two brothers, John Lowsky of Charlottesville, VA and George Lowsky of Sarasota, FL.
Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow in Old Tennent Cemetery, Manalapan.
