Obituary of Margaret Dwight
Margaret Hurley Dwight, 91, of Wall, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, at home. Margaret was born and raised in Freehold and was a life-long resident of Wall. She was an assembler at Harwood Plastics, Farmingdale, retiring in 1977. Margaret was a caregiver for children throughout her entire life.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Garfield Hurley; her second husband, Raymond Dwight; 2 sons, Francis Hurley and Robert Hurley; a daughter, Marion Knapp; a grandson, Arnold Knapp, Jr. and 2 brothers, Donald Brown and Woodrow Brown. Margaret is survived by a son, Tom Hurley and his wife, JoAnn, of Wall; 4 daughters, Darrie Brown of Freehold, Margaret Wright and her husband, Eddie, of Capitan, NM, Nancy Neuhaus of Wall and Donna Helmka of Wall; 23 Grandchildren; 37 Great Grandchildren; 35 Great Great Grandchildren; 4 sisters, Dorothy Burdge of Englishtown, Phyllis Smith of Cherry Hill, FL, Marion Vineyard of Freehold and Carolyn Schue of Howell and a stepdaughter, Carol Lefferson and family of Cape May, NJ.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend her memorial service at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 19th, at the Wall United Methodist Church, 2414 Old Mill Road, Spring Lake, NJ 07760-2474. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Margaret's memory may be made to the Church.
