Obituary of Julia Deane

Julia M. Deane, 101, of Manalapan, NJ and Sun City Center, FL passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at South Bay Hospital, Sun City Center, FL. Mrs. Deane was born in Astoria, Queens, NY and had lived in Brooklyn. She has been a resident of Sun City Center, FL and Manalapan, NJ for many years. She is a communicant of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Manalapan. She was predeceased by her husband, Bruce W. Deane in 1979. Julia is survived by two sons and two daughters-in-law, John and Evelyn Deane of Lanoka Harbor, NJ; and Robert A. and Lois Deane of Manasquan, NJ; a daughter and her companion, Blanche Bowzeres and Jerome White, of Manalapan, NJ and Sun City Center, FL; seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at 8:45 AM for her rite of committal followed by her 10:00 AM funeral mass at St. Thomas More R.C. Church, 186 Gordons Corner Road, Manalapan, NJ. Entombment will follow in St. Catherine's Cemetery, Wall Twp.
