Obituary of Richard Barth

Richard Rae Barth, 79, of Lakewood, NJ, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2011, at Kimball Medical Center. Mr. Barth was born, raised and lived in Elizabeth, before moving to Ocean County and settling in Lakewood in 1967. He retired from the Township of Lakewood, Department of Parks, with over 25 years of service. He was predeceased by a brother, James T. Barth, and 2 sisters, Peggy Sacks and Betty Long. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne L. Barth, of Lakewood; 4 sons, Eugene T. Barth and his wife, Kelly, of Jackson, Frank C. Barth of Lakewood, George A. Barth and his wife, Andrea, of Colts Neck and John W. Barth of Lakewood; 5 grandchildren, Carl, Samantha, Lily, Suzie and Jack; 2 brothers, Thomas Barth and his wife, Diane, of Cranford and Joseph Barth of Brick; many nieces and nephews and a family friend, Ann Callander of E.
