Obituary of Barbara Sterrett

Barbara Joan Sterrett, 75, of Howell Twp. passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Mrs. Sterrett was born in Staten Island, NY, and had lived there before moving to Howell in 1980. She was a food merchandiser at B.J.'s Wholesale Club, Ocean Twp. for the past 10 years. Prior to that she worked in the Human Resources Dept. of Continental Insurance, Cranbury, NJ, until retiring in 1995. Mrs. Sterrett is survived by 2 daughters, Deborah Seitz, and her husband, Anthony, and Susan Sterrett both of Howell; 4 grandchildren, A.J., Nicole and Alysa Seitz and Tyler Sterrett; and a sister, Mary Jackson-Hobson of Freehold. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Twp. on Monday, April 4, 2011, from 2-4 and 7-8:30 PM with her funeral service at 8:30 PM at the funeral home.
