Obituary of Michael Bellach

Michael W. Bellach, 53, of Staten Island, NY, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at home. Mr. Bellach was born in Staten Island, NY, and was a life-long resident of Tottenville. He worked in the Water & Sewer Department for the City of New York for 16 years. He was predeceased by his father, Elmer Bellach, in November, 2009, and his wife, Cynthia Jelicks Bellach in April, 2004. He is survived by a son, Michael W. Bellach, Jr. of Staten Island; three daughters, Nicole Bellach of Florida, Rose and Carolyn Bellach both of Staten Island; 1 granddaughter, Isabella Wurster; two brothers, William Bellach and his wife, Lisa, and Kevin Bellach and his wife, Elizabeth, both of Freehold Township and a sister, Maria Dimesa and her husband, Anthony, of Woodridge, NY; and his former wife, Cheryl Oliver of Florida. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Twp. on Sunday, May 22, 2011, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at 8:30 AM on Monday at the funeral for the Rite of Committal followed by his 9:30 AM Funeral Mass at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Twp.
