Obituary of Irene Urban

Irene B. Urban, 76, of Jackson, died on Monday, June 6, 2011 at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. Irene was born in Brooklyn, NY and had lived in Howell before settling to Jackson in 1963. She was a homemaker. Irene loved spending time on the beach and her trips to Atlantic City. She was predeceased by her husband, Andrew; two brothers, John & Oliver Webb; and a sister, Anna Zalamow. Irene is survived by her daughter, Janet McNally and her husband, James of Jackson; two sons, Scott Urban and his wife, Jaime of Burlington and Adam Urban of Jackson; three grandsons, Kyle, Andrew and Aiden; a brother, Dennis Webb of Jackson; a sister, Stella Galesky of New Berlin, NY and her best friend, MaryJane Welz of Jackson. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, June 9, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the funeral home on Friday, June 10, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
