Obituary of Edward Reese
Edward F. Reese, 56, of Freehold Township died on Monday, June 20, 2011 at home. Ed was born in Point Pleasant and lived in Lakewood and Howell until moving to Freehold in 2003. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Germany during Vietnam. Ed was a shipping manager for A&E Medical, Farmingdale for eight years retiring in 2010. He was an avid photographer and was a computer whiz. Ed was painter, with a passion for landscapes.
He was predeceased by his father, Robert Reese in May. Ed is survived by his wife, Roseann Reese of Freehold Township; a daughter, Michelle Florence of Poultney, VT; his mother, Betty Reese of Freehold Township; three brothers, Robert S. Reese and his wife, Dorothy of Barnegat, Jay B. Reese and his wife, Jacqueline of Howell, Donald M. Reese and his wife, Jodi of Hazlet; two sisters, Rosemary E. Reese-Frasca and Suzanne B. Reese both of Brick; sixteen nieces & nephews; seven grand nieces and nephews; and two brothers-in-law, Richard Rizzo, Sr. and his wife, Patricia of Goldsboro, NC and Joseph Rizzo, Sr. and his wife Colleen of Avon Park, FL.
Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the funeral home on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
