Obituary of Marion Kraft

Marion R. Kraft, 88, of Howell Twp., passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2011, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. She was born in Buena Vista, Wisconsin, and had lived in Hillside, NJ, before moving to Howell Twp. in 1961. A Registered Nurse, Mrs. Kraft was a graduate of the Bellin Memorial School of Nursing, Green Bay, Wisconsin. Along with her late husband, David, who passed away in 1980, they owned and operated Key Oil, of Cliffwood, from 1963 to 1985. She was an Ensign in the U.S. Navy and served during World War II. Mrs. Kraft was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Freehold and a volunteer at Springview Nursing Home, Freehold Twp. for many years. Mrs. Kraft is survived by her two sons, Terry Kraft and his wife, Barbara, of Ocean Grove and Dr. Ronald Kraft and his wife, Linda, of Norristown, PA; a daughter, Karen Amalfa and her husband, Ronald, of Farmingdale; a sister, Virginia Treviranus of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; five grandchildren, Ronald J. Amalfa, Stephanie Wisnicki, Timothy Amalfa, Spencer Kraft and Anthony Amalfa and six great grandchildren, Tyler Amalfa, Skye Amalfa, Rylie Amalfa, Hailey Amalfa, Landon Amalfa and Morgan Amalfa. Friends and relatives are invited to attend her Memorial Service at 12:00 Noon on Sunday, August 14, 2011, at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township, with Rev.
