Obituary of Katherine Pruden

Katherine Allen Pruden, 84, of Matawan, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Miss Pruden was born and raised in Madison Twp., and had lived in Keyport, Holmdel and Atlantic Highlands before moving to Matawan in 1981. She was a secretary for DuPont, Parlin, for over 40 years until her retirement in 1992. Miss Pruden was predeceased by her sisters, Vivian Schmeling and Virginia Bolin. She is survived by four nephews, Rev. Raymond Schmeling of Howell, Michael Bolin, Scott Bolin and Todd Bolin, all of Minnesota, and many grand and great-grand nieces and nephews Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside service at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 3, 2011 at Rose Hill Cemetery, Matawan.
