Obituary of Mary Blackburn
Mary R. Blackburn, 81, of New Port Richey, Florida passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, September 23, 2011 at CareOne, Wall Twp. Mary was born in Montreal, Canada to the late John and Elizabeth Szabadics Redling. The family came to the US in 1937. They moved to Fair Lawn where Mary was raised, attended school and lived before moving to New Port Richey in 2005. She was a secretary for Lettman & Co. in Hawthorne and retired in 1988. Prior to that, she worked for Reiner & Co. in Fair Lawn.
Mary was predeceased by her husband, Robert Blackburn, her nephew, Douglas J. Redling and her brother-in-law, Anthony E. Maciag. She is survived by her sister, Theresa M. Maciag and her brother and sister-in-law, John and Geri Redling; four nieces, Theresa Anne Henninger, Jody Guariglia and her husband, Michael, Cathryn Montecallo, and Tina M. Tremo; four nephews, Thomas A. Maciag and his wife, Patti, Thaddeus R. Maciag, John A. Redling and his wife, Melinda, and Carl Redling and his wife, Amanda; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, who were like grandchildren to her: Elizabeth D. Conway and her husband, Murry J., Katherine T. Henninger, Daniel, Christine, Catherine and Michael Guariglia, Jessica, Samantha, Marissa and John Redling, Robert, Allison and Jaclyn Montecallo, Brantley and Charlotte Redling, Stephen and Emily Maciag, Colleen Rezendez and her husband, Christopher, and Timothy and Susie Maciag.
