Obituary of Thomas Kelly

Thomas James Kelly, 70, of Freehold Township passed away on Saturday, Jan. 1st at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Twp.. Mr. Kelly was born in and had lived in Jersey City before settling to Freehold ten years ago. He was the general manager of Entenmanns Bakery, Little Falls for forty years. Thomas was a U.S. Marine Corps. Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Marine Corps. League, Freehold. 

He was predeceased by his brother, James Kelly. Thomas is survived by his wife, JoAnn Kelly of Freehold Township; one son, Kevin Kelly and his wife, Anna of Manalapan; two grandchildren, Melissa Lynn Kelly and Thomas Sean Kelly both of Manalapan; one brother, Dennis Kelly of Fairfield, NJ; and four sisters, Patricia Lynch of Conneaut, OH, Carol Brown of Fairfield, NJ, Colleen Theobald of Jackson, NJ and Kerry Wendt of Jersey City, NJ.

Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Thursday, January 6, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. His funeral service will be at the funeral home on Friday, January 7, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at the NJ Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown.
