My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of my dear friend Gene. Gene and I had a friendship that lasted 37 years. We worked together in publishing and he was my mentor always offering helpful advice especially when I first started in the business. I made many trips to Gene and Terry's home during those years and was always warmly welcomed.
A good and special man who, with Terry, raised a great family and always spoke of them with pride in person and then during our long distance chats after we both moved. A proud Navy veteran who served his country with honor. Both Gene and Terry will always be in my thoughts. May they both rest in eternal peace as they are united once again.
