Condolences
So sorry to hear about the passing of Stan, one of my best childhood friends. I had just heard about it and so many beautiful memories have stirred up in my mind. He was not only a dear friend, but was the best organist I ever heard. He was such a great part of two bands we were in together. The banshees and The Shadows of Luv. I can honestly say I had the best friends ever, which is why I had the best childhood ever! Those years growing up with Stan, Greg, Joe, Lonnie, Louie, and Norman have made memories that can never be erased from my heart and mind. My prayer for all Stan's loved ones and friends is that God would be the God of all comfort and help you all through this very difficult time. 2 Corinthians 1:3-5 Special love and hugs to you Janet. ...Al
Dear Pavlinic family,
My family and I would like to extend our deepest, heartfelt condolences over the loss of Stan.
We too know the pain of losing a loved one in death. We would like you to know that we are praying that Jehovah God and Christ Jesus grant you peace when you are troubled and strength when you are weary. (Psalm 29:11).
Take comfort in the hope found in Isaiah 25:8 that soon we will be able to welcome back our dear ones from death.
Dearest Janet and family, My heart is breaking for your loss. Stan was such a wonderful person... so full of love, life, and laughter. He radiated joy no matter what the circumstances. My love and prayers are with you all! Carol Watson Rice

Dear Pavlinics, Stan was a good man and friend, and will be sorely missed. I met him when I was 2 and he was 9 in Newark, NJ. He babysat me, his sister Emily, and my brother at times. Zlata Pavlinic was my brother's Godmother. We both attended St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School in Newark. I was his groupie as a kid when he practiced with his band in Irvington, called the Banshees - wow - I thought he would be a future Rock Star - talented, attractive, with great personality. Em and I had sleepovers throughout the years and she is my long time, life-long friend. Stan was so responsible as a child and continued into adulthood with his own family. He was the most devoted husband ever, the best father, grandfather, and friend. Janet beat out a myriad of groupie girls and has been truly blessed with Stan. They had a wonderful, fairy tale marriage that many dream about - always caring for each other and their family. Stan was truly a blessing to his family. Throughout the years, we shared many family events together from weddings, bridal/baby showers, Christening, and their trips to my father's restaurant Louie's Seafood, Avenel, NJ etc. He and Jan were always there for my family. Our parents were such good friends - both from Yugoslavia and in the restaurant business. Our friendship spanned close to 60 remarkable years. Stan met my fiance Michael a few months ago at Stan's home, and they were jamming with Stan on accordion and on both key boards. Michael was impressed with Stan's enormous musical talent on keyboards. We wish we both could have seen him at his public gigs. Stan is with the Lord Jesus Christ now and in God's care eternally. And we shall all meet again in Heaven some day. We will not say Good-bye, but Good-night. God bless the whole family. Much Love, Violet Vanderhelm & Dr. Michael Cooney.
Emily, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time.
