Obituary of Doris C. Smith

Doris C. Smith, 75, of Freehold passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township.  She was born in Teaneck and had lived in Fort Lee prior to settling in Freehold in 2003.  She was a licensed practical nurse at Bergen Pines Hospital for over 15 years, and a nanny for many years until her retirement in 2005. 

Doris is survived by her sister, Evelyn Franks-Mehr and her husband, William J. Mehr of Freehold Township; two nieces, Amanda Cameron and her husband, Sanford of Fairfield, CT and Zebee Amy Voss of Australia; and a grandniece, Miranda Cameron of Fairfield, CT.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM Funeral Mass on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at The Church on the Hill located within Madonna Cemetery, 2070 Hoefleys Lane, Fort Lee.  Interment will follow in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
