Obituary of Vito J. Pollaci
Vito J. Pollaci, 63, of Howell passed away at home on Friday, November 3, 2017. He was born in Manhattan, raised in Brooklyn and moved to New Jersey in 2009. A self-employed painter, Vito’s hobbies included fishing, gardening and cooking. He enjoyed nothing more than playing with his grandchildren.
Vito is survived by his daughters, Dori Caracciolo and her husband, Frank, and Santina Valente and her husband, Dominick, all of Howell; four grandchildren, Nicholas, Alyssa, Gabriella and Giavanna; ex-wife and friend, Nancy Tulino of Freehold; and his brother, Joseph Pollaci and his wife, JoAnn of Staten Island.
Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at 8:30 AM on Monday, November 6, 2017 at the funeral home for the procession to his 9:30 AM Funeral Mass at the Church of St. Veronica, 4215 Route 9 North, Howell.
