We are so sorry at the loss of such a wonderful brother to my mother Carmela and a special Uncle to me Gaetana, Nick, Edio, Marco and Patricia. His warmth and generous personality and his sparking blue eyes which lit up when he saw his beloved family touched the hearts of everyone he met and have left behind beautiful memories which will always be treasured. DEAR ANN MARIE AND FAMILY: LOIS AND I ARE HEARTBROKEN TO HEAR OF DAL'S EXTENDED ILLNESS AND DEMISE. I RECALL WHEN DAL ARRIVED FROM ITALY WITH HIS FATHER AND BIANCA. WHILE AT OUR SUMMER HOUSE IN GILFORD PARK, NJ, DAL WOULD PUSH OUR ONE YEAR SON MARC IN HIS CARRIAGE AROUND THE NEIGHBOR HOOD. OUR LAST VISIT WITH DAL WAS SOME TWENTY YEARS AGO WHEN DAL CAME TO OUR HOME IN BOYNTON BEACH , FL. DAL WAS A GREAT COUSIN AND FATHER. I RECALL THE VISITS TO YOUR HOME IN BELLEVILLE. AUNT GAETANO AND UNCLE MARCO ALWAYS PREPARED A FINE ITALIAN MEAL. WE WILL ALWAYS HAVE FOND MEMORIES OF DAL AND YOUR FAMILY. WE WISH YOU ALL GOOD HEALTH. WITH LOVE, OTTO AND LOIS VERNACCHIO

I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. Recently I lost my dear mother, and found

great comfort in the Holy Bible, like at Isaiah 25 verse 8 - "The Sovereign Lord will

swallow up death forever, and wipe away the tears from all faces." Also at

Revelation 21 verse 4, we find God's promise to remove both pain and death.

I hope these verses will give you a measure of comfort during your time of grief.
