Obituary of Mildred V. Terrell
Mildred V. Terrell, 86, of Freehold Township passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at CentraState Medical Center. Millie was born and raised in Atlantic City and had lived in Elizabeth prior to settling in Freehold Township in 1964. Prior to her retirement in the late 90s, she was a bookkeeper for Food-A-Rama and Saker ShopRite. Millie belonged to the Reformed Church of Freehold where she participated in the Women’s Club and arts and crafts. An avid reader, she enjoyed knitting, needle point, and jigsaw puzzles. Millie was a devoted wife, loving mother and doting grandma.
She was predeceased by her husband, Peter V. Terrell; brother, Robert LeMunyon and sister, Georgianna Maier. Millie is survived by her children, Frank Terrell, Jill Moore and her husband, Tom, and Tom Terrell, all of Freehold Township; and four grandchildren, Justin, Casey, Kyle and Karley; and siblings, Joan Hansen of NC, Bert LeMunyon of MN and Frank LeMunyon of MO; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 12:00 to 3:30 PM with her funeral service immediately following. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Millie’s name may be made to the Reformed Church of Freehold, 67 West Main Street, Freehold, NJ 07728.
