Obituary of Olga Kopack
OLGA A. KOPACK, 84, of COLTS NECK, passed away peacefully Monday, Oct. 15, at home, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was a loving and supportive woman who quietly gave her love to her family. She never hesitated to give whatever was needed so they could reach their goals. Mrs. Kopack was always proud of all her family's accomplishments. During her retirement, she found peace of mind raising her flowers on the farm and with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Kopack was born in Westbury, Long Island, and was a lifelong resident of Colts Neck. Mrs. Kopack was a line supervisor for Air Cruisers, Wall, working with life-saving equipment for various types of aircraft for over 30 years, retiring in 1979.
She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Peter Kopack Sr., in February 2007. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Peter J. and Patricia Kopack of Farmingdale; three grandsons, Brian Kopack of Bradley Beach, Kevin Kopack and his wife Elizabeth of Point Pleasant, and Peter Kopack III and his wife Laura of Point Pleasant; and three great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Townnship. Friends and relatives are invited to attend her funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
