Obituary of Joni Ann Urban-Mills

Joni Ann Urban-Mills, 55, of Belmar passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at home. She was born in Neptune, raised in Howell, and settled in Belmar in 2005.  Joni worked at a collections agent for Aetna.  She loved animals and spending time at the beach.

Joni was predeceased by her husband, Victor Mills in 2000 and her mother, Antoinette Urban in 2015.  She is survived by her father, John Urban of Toms River; brother, John Urban, Jr. of Toms River; and significant other, Jeff Peters of Belmar.
