Obituary of Patricia "Patty" Kraly
Patricia “Patty” Kraly, 78, of Freehold Township, passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Patty was born, raised and lived in Rockaway Beach, NY until becoming an Air Force wife when she married her husband, Jordan “Jody” Kraly. In 1966, they settled in Freehold Township to raise their family. Patty was trained as a beautician and worked in a salon before becoming a full-time mom. She was a devout Catholic, and a parishioner of the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine. Along with her husband, Patty was a globe-trotter who loved cruises, but Hawaii was the destination she loved most. She had a quick wit and a sharp sense of humor and was known as “Everybody’s Mom” for her natural way of giving. Patty was an avid reader and enjoyed doing the NY Times Crossword Puzzle. She was a loving wife, adoring mother, and beloved grandmother of two.
Patty is survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, Jody Kraly of Freehold Township; three daughters, Veronica Morrison of San Antonio, TX, Katherine Kraly Collin and her husband, Craig, of Charlotte, NC; and Christina Kraly of Freehold Township; and two grandchildren, Claire and James Collin.
