Obituary of Jacqueline B. Markulin

Jacqueline B. “Jackie” Markulin (nee Reed), 44, of Freehold Township passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at home.  She was a lifelong resident of Freehold Township and attended the First Assembly of God Church, Freehold.  Jackie worked at Freehold Toyota, the Township of Freehold in the engineering department, Harry & David in the Jackson Premium Outlets, Petco in Freehold, and most recently as a manager at E-Z Self Storage in Howell. She loved to travel and especially enjoyed planning trips for her family. 

Jackie is survived by her husband, Ted Markulin of Freehold Township; daughter, Haley Markulin of Freehold Township; parents, Eden “Dan” and Pat Reed, Jr. of Freehold Township; sister, Danielle Reed of Freehold Township; in-laws, Ted and Edna Markulin of Virginia; three stepsons, Michael Markulin and his wife, Brenda of Virginia, Steven Markulin and his wife, Michelle of Pennsylvania, and Jake Markulin and his fiancé, Erin Loretta of Delaware; and six step grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited attend her 10:30 AM funeral service on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at the First Assembly of God Church, 272 Jackson Mills Road, Freehold Township.  Interment will follow in Adelphia Cemetery, Adelphia.  For those who desire, donations may be made to the family for Haley’s future.
