In Loving memory of Dr. Jeffery huguenin what a great father and teachers of life and all of his students and love of life in general
Jeff, back in the day when we were in school, I remember thinking so highly of you. You were a great guy - athletic, a solid friend to many, talented with academics, music, sports, and just an all around likable guy. You will be missed by many, friend. Rest easy.
I'm so sorry for the pain and suffering being felt by Jeff's friends and family. I pray for all of you.
My sincere sympathy, thoughts, & prayers to your entire family. Jeff's sister, Michelle, was my former student and flowergirl many years ago. Your entire family has always been loved and treasured! He will always be watching over all of you!

I was deeply saddened to hear the sudden passing of Jeff. Jeff and his family have not only been friends of mine but also family friends that’s spans way back when me and Jeff were just young Kids. I had the honor of working with Jeff and his entire family at the than Morgan Baseball Fields to the Now Sayreville Athlete Association. Jeff was an incredible guy. He touched many hearts along his journey. I am very sad but incredibly sad for those in his family and for his wife and two daughters. We had a blast growing up at the back fields together and we had so many good times. Truly special man taken way to soon. My condolences to his family and to Michelle and Mary. I am still in disbelief.
My deepest condolences to the family for your loss. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. You will agree with me, that death is one thing we all wish to have to power to destroy. You will find comfort to know that our loving Father Jehovah feels our pain and will soon accomplish that for us. This is the promise he gave us in Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces..." What a great relief to know that death will be destroy! Furthermore, Jehovah God also gives us the hope of being reunited with our dead loved ones by means of resurrection. In Acts 25:15 we read:".....There is going to be a resurrection…” May these promises from our True God comfort and give you strength while awaiting to embrace him again in a very near future. To the family, please accept my sincere regrets for your loss my condolences to you and your family ! 2peter3:13) Nahum1:7)
As you read all of these comments Beth, Sara, and Emily, know that they come from a place of love. I met Jeff at the beginning of his teaching career at Cedar Drive. He was kind and reserved..with a definite twinkle in his eye. Years passed and his career took him to all of the places where he met all of the people who speak of him now- always kind and gentle. He had a way with the kids; they knew he cared and that made all the difference. Later, Jeff supported my efforts as we became partners in the development of school wide meetings at the elementary school. His enthusiasm during these meetings was obvious, and the kids joined in as he created a kind of magic. Certainly the world is dimmer without his light, but he rests in peace now. I hope that you, his family, will find peace and comfort in knowing that you too are loved.
Some 20 years ago, Jeff and I worked together at a summer job at the Manasquan River Yacht Club. He was a wonderful guy -- warm, funny, and bright. I remember how proud he was to bring his infant daughter to see us at work. Please accept my sympathies at this difficult time.
Sincerely,
John Tassini
I was very sad to hear the news of Jeff’s passing. Him and I were child hood friends at the baseball fields in Sayreville. He was a great guy. I am so sorry for your loss. Sincere condolences.
Beth,
My heart is with you and your girls. May the love you have known and the embrace of God carry you through this heartbreaking time.
There are many who care. Love, Jinny Hubbard

Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. I remember meeting you, Beth, Sara and Emily during Jeff’s career in Colts Neck. It was a pleasure working with him for many years at the CN Middle School. Jeff had a wonderful way of acknowledging each student and inspiring them to be their best selves. Students felt special because of their interaction with “Mr. H”. He most certainly made a difference in their lives, and what greater gift is there? I will remember Jeff as a gentle soul and trusted colleague. May you find comfort and peace in the memories of many years of happy times shared as a family.
Dr. Huguenin made the Catena School a family. We thought of him as so much more than a principal, but as a friend as we talked about soccer and family. My 3 children all looked forward to seeing his warm smile as they entered the school doors and when they left for the day. We have so many happy memories that will keep him alive in our hearts forever. He truly made a difference in the lives of many children and their families. Our deepest condolences for your loss.
Sending thoughts and prayers to the entire Huguenin family during this difficult time. Jeff was one of a kind through out high school, always providing a warm smile, big hugs, and lots of laughter. He was a wonderful friend who was always there for others. I am honored I got a glimpse of what a wonderful man he turned into.
Sending the entire Huguenin family love and prayers. Jeff radiated kindness and quiet strength when we were in high school and it's clear that those traits defined his life. This is tragic. Plain and simple. But together, you'll persevere. Just as Jeff would want you to do. It's a simple quote but I hope it provides some solace: "You can never lose the people you have loved deeply. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us. For the ages." -- Helen Keller.

Our deepest condolences to the Huguenin family.
Jeffrey was one of our best customers to walk through the barbershop. We always enjoyed our conversations about soccer. We were all deeply saddened by the news and we all send our prayers to his family.
My deepest and most heartfelt condolences to Beth, her girls and the entire family. The best teaching job I ever had was when I was working with Jeff at Cedar Drive Middle school. He was the epitome of everything great; great heart, great friend, great teacher, husband, father, leader... I simply can't believe he's gone.
A year after my father died, Jeff asked me if I wanted to grab a bite to eat for lunch. I gladly said yes. When we were sitting at the table, he looked at me and asked, "So how are you doing?" I said, "What do you mean?" He said, "Well JC, it was a year ago today that your dad died." I broke down in tears, both at the memory of my father and at the fact that Jeff remembered.
God bless you Beth. I'm so very sorry.
I can’t not pretend to understand the pain and heartache that Jeff’s Family, close friends, coworkers, students and so many more are enduring. I just want to say even though I only knew Jeff a short time from MCC, I have many fond memories, and when we would cross paths over the years, we would laugh. I hope that fond memories can bring some comfort. I am extremely regretful that I can not pay my respects in person. I will keep him and all of you in my prayers. Jeff you will be missed by many, for so many reasons. RIP
My deepest sympathies and condolences to Beth, the girls, and the entire Huguenin and Salerno families. Jeff was truly a special person. He was more than a friend, he was a mentor and an inspiration for me at West Chester University. He helped me to become a better soccer player and more importantly, a better person. I know that he will be missed but for those of us fortunate enough to have known him, his memory and inspiration will live on.
Jeff was my first roommate at West Chester University. We went to Middlesex County College and then to West Chester to play soccer together. So many great memories of those days and being there when he and Beth first started dating. He was a tremendous person and I'm a better person for having known him in this life. You will be missed by so many people and those lives you touched. My deepest sympathies to Beth and the girls and the entire Huguenin family.
I was very shocked to hear of Mr. Huguenin’s passing. From what I remember, he was good man, a loving husband and father, and an advocate for education. My deepest condolences to Beth, Sara, & Emily. Prayers, and tons of hugs being sent to your family during this very difficult time. Always thinking of you and hoping you find strength from each other to get through this.
-Jessica Cullinan (“Miss Hammell”)
We do not know why God decides to take some people away from us, but it only makes sense that God wanted Dr. H all to himself because of how truly inspiring he was to everyone he met.
Last semester at GCU Dr. H presented two stories to our cohort: “What do you do with a problem?” and “What do you do with an idea?” by Kobi Yamada, and unintentionally he prepared us for this very sad time that we are in right now. Our problem now is this: How do we make sense of Dr. H’s passing and move on? Through his teaching and guidance, however, we have learned how to turn this problem into an idea, and that idea is this: How can we use what Dr. H has taught us about having a growth mindset, meaning and purpose, intrinsic motivation, kindness and acceptance, and so much more, so that he lives on, no longer in body but through the values that we instill in our future students? By turning our problem into an idea, it is no longer a problem at all. Dr. H will always be with us because the impact he has made on our lives and our careers as future educators will last forever. We are lucky to have had the opportunity to learn from him.

Extending my deepest sympathy to Dr. Huguenin's family and friends. He was a great professor! Georgian Court University Cohort 2017!
My sympathies to the family. Jeff and I attended Middlesex Community College where we played soccer together. We became friends off the field as well and I am deeply saddened by his passing.
Beth, please accept my condolences on the loss of your husband. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers as you go this difficult time.
Dr. Huguenin was one of my professors at Georgian Court as I returned to school for my Masters. He was an exceptional professor and amazing mentor. He had a real passion for education. The world has lost a special man.
Mr. Huguenin was my health teacher when I was in Middle School. I vividly remember feeling invisible and like he was the only one who took the time to see me. He taught me that a smile and a bit of warmth could make all the difference in the world. I turn 30 this year and have since become a teacher and leadership trainer working with students. I think of the way he impacted me and aim to do the same with my students everyday. I cannot imagine your heartache during this time but I wanted you to know that those of us who have been lucky enough to be taught by him will carry on his legacy in our hearts and in our actions. Sending love and peace to his family and especially his girls.
We are so incredibly sorry for your loss. Dr. Huguenin was a wonderful principal and it was very apparent how much he cared about the children at Catena School. He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
Dr. Huguenin was the principal for all of my three children during their time at Catena, and he was amazing. He will be missed very much, and we send you our heartfelt wishes for healing. Dr. Hugeuinin always had a smile and a kind word for my kids and was a great presence at Catena.
Beth I am so very sorry for your heartbreaking loss. You and your family are in my prayers.
My daughters have been so lucky to have had Dr. Huguenin as their principal at Catena. He helped transform Catena into a family , instilling values that my girls will keep within them forever. Today my youngest is wearing her Catena t-shirt as she attends DDE, in honor of a man who truly inspired all with his leadership, vision and warm heart . I pray for his wife , daughters, family, colleagues and students to get by this difficult time.
Our deepest condolences to the Huguenin family. I have 2 kids that go to Catena and my boys always spoke so highly of him. My 1st grader told me he always gave Dr. H hugs every time he saw him. Thank you Dr. Huguenin for being a role model for my boys. Thank you for being a super principle. You will be missed. RiP
From my family to yours, I am so sorry for your loss...Dr. Jeffrey Huguenin was one of the nicest men I've ever had the privilege to know...My son and I had just moved to Freehold last October and he made my son's transition so easy and helped him with many things...He was always very professional and always willing to help anyone...I could tell he loved his school, all his teachers and students and of course his family...Although there are NO true words to tell how much he will be missed and thought of, my heart goes out to his immediate family and the whole JJ Catena school staff and students...Heaven just received another angel, an Amazing man...You will be missed dearly but never forgotten...Rest in peace...
I was fortunate enough to be under the leadership of Jeff at Conover Road Elementary School in Colts Neck. He was a great leader, educator, and cared for his staff and students greatly. My heart goes out to Beth and the girls, and to all who were touched by him in some way. May he Rest In Peace.

He had a deep impact on my daughter who was rezoned to Catena in 2nd grade. He always made sure she was adjusting well and always had a smile on his face regardless of the situation. There wasnt a day that went by at catena that he wasnt smiling and welcoming kids with open arms. He went out of his way to keep catena safe and a place these kids can call home. My daughter is in 7th now but his efforts and smile are not forgotten.
