Obituary of Beverly Jeanne Lynch

Beverly Jeanne Lynch, 91, of Jackson passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Wedgwood Manor, Freehold Township.  Beverly was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA, moved to Spotswood for a period of time and lived in Old Bridge and Sayreville before settling in Jackson in 2005.  Beverly was a health aide at Emory Manor in Matawan for fifteen years.  She attended Georgian Court University where her daughter, Shelley, granddaughter, Michelle and great granddaughter, Erin later attended.  Beverly also attended Kean University.  Her hobbies were reading, painting, knitting and crocheting. 

She was predeceased by her husband, James J. Lynch; daughter, Diana Lynch;  grandson, Daniel Bearnarth; and son-in-law, Michael Wasilewski.  Beverly is survived by five children, James L. Lynch and his wife, Debbie of Sayreville, Shelley Wasilewski of East Bruswick, Michael Lynch and his wife, Donna of Jackson, Kitty Lynch of Somerset and Maureen Bearnarth and her husband, Karl of Bridgewater; eight grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, October 19, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 10:30 AM graveside service on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold Township.   In lieu of flowers, contributions in Beverly’s name may be made to Georgian Court University Scholarship Fund, Attention: Mary Ann Artz, Georgian Court University, 900 Lakewood Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701.  For information, directions or condolence messages to the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com.
