Obituary of Tiger Demeter
Albert “Tiger” Demeter, III, 57, of Howell passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at home. He was born in Camden, raised in Atlantic Highlands, and settled in Howell in 1990. Tiger worked as a handyman for Schibell & Mennie, LLC for the past 8 years. He was a proud member of H.O.G. and the NRA. Tiger loved to cook, especially his famous hot wings and salsa, sing, and laugh. He was spontaneous and always knew how to have a good time. Most importantly, he adored his family and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Tiger was predeceased by his father, Albert Demeter, II in 2003. He is survived by his wife of 9 years, Kitty Demeter of Howell; daughter, Nichole Wymer and her husband, Chris of Brick; stepchildren, Anthony Olsen and his wife, Michele of Metuchen and Meagan Olsen and her boyfriend, Travis Calleja of Howell; four grandchildren; mother, Florence Demeter of Atlantic Highlands; and sister, Holly Breese and her husband, Jimmy of Port Monmouth.
A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. A second visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM with his funeral service to follow at 11:30 AM. Interment will be private.
