Obituary of Corrine A. Pavlo
Corrine A. Pavlo, 81, of Howell passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 at The Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center, Freehold Township. She was born in Manhattan and raised in Newark, NJ. Corrine had lived in Irvington and Point Pleasant before settling in The Villages in 1999. She worked as a controller for George Wall Lincoln Mercury in Red Bank prior to becoming a bookkeeper for Branning Collision Center in Freehold Township. Corrine loved to read, write, and watch her shows. She also loved the annual trips to Cape Cod. Corrine enjoyed doing word puzzles and playing cards. Her family will miss her spitfire personality and her beautiful and thoughtful letters and poetry. She was a gifted writer and kept a daily diary most of her life.
Corrine was predeceased by her brother, William Reynolds and former husband, John Pavlo. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Brouillard of Howell; son, John Pavlo and his wife, Sarah of San Antonio, TX; daughter, Michele Doczi and her husband, Daniel of Vernon Hills, IL; grandchildren, Laura Pavlo, Corrine Mayo, Daniel R. Doczi Jr., Christine M. Doczi, and Patrick D. Doczi; sister, Jeanne Markowski; and her little canine companion, Gizmo.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM with her memorial service to follow at 4:00 PM. Interment will be private. For those who desire, memorial contributions in Corrine’s name may be made to the First Assembly of God Church, 272 Jackson Mills Road, Freehold, NJ 07728.
