Obituary of Sharon Schreiber
Sharon Lynn Schreiber, age 56 of Adelphia passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2012 in the comfort of her own home. Sharon had resided in Adelphia all her life. She was a graduate of Freehold Boro High School. Sharon was currently attending the Easter Seals Day Program in Oakhurst. She had bowled with the Guys and Dolls bowling team and earned medals at the State Special Olympics in bowling.
Sharon is survived by her devoted mother, Ruth Schreiber; her sister, Nancy Schreiber; her brother Henry Schreiber and his wife Diane; and a nephew, Thomas Schreiber. She is also survived by her uncles William and Arthur Wagner; her aunts Adrienne Aumock and Dorothy Blatchley and many cousins.
Sharon will be especially missed by her animal companions, Sandy, Pumpkin, Brownie, Pete; and her neighbors, "Aunt" Viv and "Uncle" Kingsley Davison. She enjoyed sharing her life with others. Sharon was extremely generous and caring and loved sending cards on holidays. She liked attending the church covered dish dinners at Bethesda United Methodist Church and going out to eat. Sharon loved walking her dog, Sandy, and taking care of her animals. Sharon's smile and her compassion will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
