Obituary of Ruby Layton

RUBY MARJORIE LAYTON, 77, of HOWELL, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. Mrs. Layton was a lifelong resident of Howell. She was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband of 57 years, John Layton; a son, John Layton Jr. of Howell; a daughter, Janet Layton of Howell; two grandchildren, Michael Efendiev of Burlington, Vt., and Matthew Efendiev of Howell; two brothers, James and Larry; and three sisters, Virginia, Mary, and Jean. Visiting hours will be from 11 a.m. Friday until her funeral service at noon at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township.
