Obituary of Virginia Kandybowicz

VIRGINIA J. KANDYBOWICZ, 81, of FARMINGDALE, died Saturday, Nov. 3, at Bartley Health Care, Jackson. Mrs. Kandybowicz was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and lived there until moving to Farmingdale in 2006. She was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, John in 1987; two brothers, John and Chester; and a sister, Helen. Surviving are one son, Keith Kandybowicz of Brooklyn; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Teresa and Joseph Rosato of Farmingdale, Susan Kandybowicz of Toms River and Judith and William Kuna of Little Egg Harbor; four grandchildren, John, Gina, Jonathan and Samantha; two great-grandchildren, Marissa and Ian; two brothers, Albert Szatkowski and Frank Szatkowski, both of Queens, N.Y.; and one sister, Stella Szatkowski of Queens. Visiting will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. Relatives and friends may gather at 8 a.m. Wednesday for the Rite of Committal, followed by her 9 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Chapel, Main Street, Farmingdale.
