Obituary of Myra Rhoads

MYRA RHOADS, 90, of FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, died Sunday, Nov. 11, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mrs. Rhoads was born in Monroe Township, and lived in Spotswood and East Brunswick until moving to Lakewood, where she lived for 20 years. She settled in Freehold Township in 2005. Mrs. Rhoads was a machine operator at Peter J. Schweitzer Co., Spotswood until her retirement in 1983. She is survived by one daughter and her husband, June R. and Dr. Osvaldo Eloy of Freehold Township; three grandchildren, Catherine Hunt and her husband, Daniel, Mary Beth Whitehead and her husband, Cliff and Anthony Eloy; six great-grandchildren; and one sister, Sarah Ann Hunt Goddard of Hemlock Creek, Pa. Visiting will be from 2 to 4 p.m and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with her grandson-in-law, Rev. Clifford Whitehead, officiating.
