Obituary of Jeanette DiSalvo

Jeanette DiSalvo, 92, of Holmdel passed away peacefully on Friday, September 27, 2019 at Sunrise of Jackson.  She was born in Newark, raised in West Orange and had lived in Hazlet prior to moving to Holmdel in 1967.  In her spare time she enjoyed doing puzzles, and loved decorating and celebrating the holidays.   

Jeanette was predeceased by her husband, Dominick DiSalvo in 2014.  She is survived by her daughters, Ann Cuntala of South Brunswick and Candace McKenna of Jackson; three grandchildren, Kimberly Giambrone and her husband, John of Hamilton, Carly McKenna of Newtown, PA and Shane McKenna and his fiancee, Nicole Anastasopoulos of Hamilton; and one great grandson, Nicholas.

Visitation will be held at the Clayhton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 10:30 AM funeral service at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.  Interment will follow in Brigadier General Wm. C.
